Our at-home IgG Food Sensitivity Test identifies your body's delayed immune reactions to up to 205 foods — helping you finally understand the root cause of bloating, fatigue, brain fog, and more.

How It Works

Is This You?
Click any symptoms you experience regularly. IgG food sensitivities are a common hidden cause.
Comprehensive Panel
Your detailed report ranks each food by IgG reactivity level — from Minimal to Very High — so you know exactly which foods to eliminate or reduce for optimal health.
● Minimal — No elevated reactivity detected
● Low — Mild reactivity detected
● Moderate — Elevated reactivity, consider reducing
● High — Significant reactivity, prioritize elimination
● Very High — Highest reactivity, immediate action recommended
Color-Coded Reactivity Levels
Each food is ranked Minimal through Very High — making your results instantly actionable for dietary changes.
Comprehensive Food-by-Food Breakdown
Every food tested is listed with its individual IgG antibody score (MFI x 1000) for complete transparency.

An IgG food sensitivity test measures your immune system's delayed antibody response (IgG) to specific foods. Unlike IgE allergies which cause immediate reactions, IgG sensitivities can cause symptoms hours or days later, making them difficult to identify without testing. The test uses xMAP™ multiplex immunoassay methodology to quantify IgG antibody levels for each food tested.
Your kit includes a lancet device, collection card, alcohol wipes, and detailed instructions. You simply prick your fingertip, collect a few drops of blood onto the collection card, allow it to dry completely (about 10 minutes), and mail it back using the prepaid FedEx envelope. The entire process takes about 5 minutes.
No fasting is required. You also do not need to stop taking medications or supplements before collecting your sample, making this test convenient and easy to complete at any time of day.
Once your sample is received at the laboratory, results are typically processed within 6 days. You will receive a comprehensive report detailing your IgG reactivity level (Minimal, Low, Moderate, High, Very High) for each food tested, organized by food category.
The 96-food panel ($250) is ideal for a foundational screening of the most common sensitivity triggers. The 184-food panel ($500) is our most popular option, offering comprehensive coverage with expanded dairy, seafood, and spice panels. The 205-food panel ($600) is best for those wanting the most thorough analysis, including a wider range of international and specialty foods.
Results are classified based on your IgG antibody score (MFI x 1000): Minimal means no elevated reactivity; Low means mild reactivity; Moderate means elevated reactivity — consider reducing these foods; High means significant reactivity — prioritize elimination; Very High means the highest reactivity — immediate dietary action recommended. Most practitioners recommend starting with Very High and High reactivity foods first.
Your report includes the 4-Pillar elimination protocol: Prepare (set a start date, plan meals), Eliminate (remove High and Very High reactive foods for 2–3 months), Restore (support gut health with probiotics, enzymes, and nutrients), and Reintroduce (gradually add foods back one at a time while monitoring symptoms). We recommend working with a healthcare provider to guide the process.
